 Pineapple Detox Water Recipe
  • 2 liters of water
  • 5-6 mint leaves
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • ice cubes
  • a shaker

Instruction
cut pineapple into cubes, smash the mint leaves, put ice cubes, pineapple cubes, and mint leaves inside the shaker, and it's time to shake until u get the desired taste. consume it immediately or you can keep it for sometimes  to increase the taste.

Red wine facial for FLAWLESS skin

Here is how you can use red wine on your skin.
Red Wine Facial for  younger skin

Mix 3 table spoon of red wine with 1 tablespoon of essential oil of your choice, massage it on your skin, followed by scrubbing and steaming, apply the facial ingredients on your skin and let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse your face with cold water.

Red wine for wrinkle free skin

For a wrinkle free skin take 1 tablespoon of red wine and 2 tablespoon of multhani mitti with 3 drops of rose water, and make a paste. Apply this paste on your face and let this paste sit for 15 minutes. Wash your face with cold water.

Red wine for polished skin

Take 2 teaspoon of curds and three spoon of red wine, apply it all over your face. Leave this mask on your face for 10 minutes, and wash your face with warm water.

Red wine for glowing skin

Pour red wine in to ice tray and keep it in freezer to make ice cubes. Rub the ice cubes on your face for 5 minutes to get instant glow in your skin

Red wine for fairer skin
To get fair skin take 4 tablespoon of red wine, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sugar cane powder and 1 egg white, mix all the ingredients and make a face pack. Apply this pack on your face and neck and let it sit for 10 minutes. Wash your face with warm water.

Home Made LIP SCRUB for DRY,CHAPPED LIPS




                                                          

Its very common that when weather gets cold and dry our lips suffers, as they get chapped, and becomes dry and flaky. So some exfoliation is necessary to keep our lips soft and supple. Lets exfoliate our lips with this homemade lip scrub than going for some high-priced lip scrub.



All you need is
  •         A table spoon of brown sugar or white sugar
  •         Honey, or olive oil or coconut oil(just enough to make sugar enough to stick together)
  •         Little drop of venilla
  •         A container

Direction

Mix All ingredients together and store it in a container. vanilla makes your scrub smell yummy but it's not necessary to add this ingredient.
Once a week or twice to the max scrub your lips vigorous enough to lose dead skin and let it sit for one minute and wipe off with damp wash cloth. once you wipe off your scrub clean your lips with plain water then apply lip balm.

Establishing a good skin care routine is the most important thing you can do for your complexion. We all know to pursue our  good night skin care routine but when it comes to morning skin care program most often ignored or we can say lacking. So  when we speak about morning skin care, we've got to clean our skin  with gentle cleanser, arm it with antioxidants, and protect it from sun damage by applying SPF to ensure we are ready to face the day. As we all know it is very important to follow a good skin care regimen in the morning, it is also important to hit  it in right  manner according to your skin type. Here are the tips for your morning skin care regimen according to your skin type .

Dry skin

People with dry skin think  if their skin doesn't feel greasy it's not dirty, but the fact is even those with ultra dry skin still need to cleanse in the morning. There will be oil and bacteria gathered on your skin while you've been sleeping all over night.so it is very important to cleanse in the morning.

People with dry skin must go for a cleanser that's creamy in consistency and stored with glycerin, hyaluronic acid, ceramides and some other gentle moisturizers. So you should choose cleanser that doesn't dries out your skin.

Once the cleansing process is done, apply moisturizer with a serum stocked with  ceramides, hyaluronic acid,glycerin and antioxidants. People with dry skin need moisturizer to lock in  the hydration, try adding SPF booster for hydrating your skin.

 Oily skin

Morning cleansing for those with oily skin is a important step. People with oily skin should go for salicylic acid spiked cleanser rather than a cleanser that's creamy in consistency and toning the skin as well. Many people with this skin type steps back from hydrating product, but the best way for this type of skin to get hydration is through hydrating serum, which is oil free, and you really don't need any moisturizing cream for day. Switch to powder sunscreen which provides grease less protection in the morning and it's the best tool to shine your skin.

Sensitive skin

The best way to fight with this skin type is looking for the product  such as gentle skin cleanser, serum that calm and sooth the skin.

sunscreen with zinc especially for this group is a major must.
Combination skin.

People with combination skin have two skin types. whereas T-zone  might require salycilic or glycolic acid but the same ingredients may not work with the other part of your skin, it may dry out other parts of your face. so it is always better to look at your skin and how it behaves during the day then pick your product.

If oily in the T-zone and dry on the other part  go for a milder cleanser followed by a toner for that oil area. Apply serum high in antioxidants which helps to protect your skin against pollutants. If you really need a hydration boost , then be careful to apply the product to only those area of your skin which prone to dry.

Finally apply moisturizer to the part of your face that really need to be moisturized during day.
